Default Bent Steering Nuckle 'C'?

How common is this (I believe an offroad shop was seeing this intermittently)?
Has anyone attempted to reinforce these?

It's actually becoming a common problem with JK's running 35" tires or larger. In fact, I have this problem now on the passenger side and now the wheel looks like it has camber on it. Off Road Evolution is working on gussets that can be welded on to reinforce it and I would recommend them if you don't already have a bend in your C.

Awhile ago Off-road evolution said they had a few jk's in that had bent c's at the top of the steering knuckle on both the 30's and 44's.

It strikes me that if you gusset the axle that even more stress is placed on the "C", there is nothing to flex so the "C" eats it all. A real catch 22

Im pretty sure our tubes are 2.5"
