Best all terrain 33" tire?

That and they last 55,000 miles.

For us who live in these regions where there is literally feet of snow in a snow fall, and lots of rain, we can have a very different outlook on a tires performance. I change to dedicated snow tires for winter as we get so much snow and tretcherous road conditions, it calls for it. In the summer, we have plenty of rain where a good tire for mud is a great help. I do a lot of highway driving and I still run a mt tire because I want grip off road when our roads turn to soup.
I've also had great results in medium amounts of med, I haven't gone into any huge mud pits

I can't say much for snow, except that I was playing around on the trails near Ouray last fall when we got 10+ inches dumped on the passes. While I realize that 10 inches of snow is a drop in the bucket to a northerner, these tires made it feel like I was driving on dry ground. On a side note, I was talking with the guys at Tire Rack about snow traction and was told that the DuraTrac is great as long as you have more than 50% of your tread. They were very quick to say that once the tread starts to get shallow the snow performance falls off rapidly. They even went as far to say that as long as you have more than 50% of your tread, it's one of the few all-terrains that's just about as good as a dedicated snow tire.
As for rain, well, we get our fair share and then some. Several times a year we'll have storms dump 6+ inches an hour (if it were snow, that'd be over 5 feet of snow per hour). And the only time I have an issue with these tires even in heavy rain is when I get stupid with the throttle. They haven't hydroplaned on me yet even when hitting standing water on the interstate (with nearly 18k miles on 'em I still have plenty of tread depth for pumping water out), and between the siping and the rubber compound they give me plenty of traction for stopping and turning.

I've got KM2 on my rig now and will tell you that they do great in a lot of areas but that hey are lousy on snow, ice, and rain unless they are siped. I hand sipe them and it totally transforms the tire.
Having had them back to back on the same vehicle I had Duratracs on I'd run Cooper STT's or ST Maxx's over the Duratracs. My wife's boss is running Duratracs and he has never had to take a strap as many times as with this tire.
Videos don't mean much to me when I have owned a tire and actually know how it performs.

I don't think most of the folks on here are looking for tires just for mudding
I know a couple of people who have nasty off road rigs that they trailer to the rides but most of us drive 95% of the time on the street with rain and some snow
