Whats the better shock setup for daily driving and normal (slow speed) four wheeling?

I didn't buy my 2dr Rubicon to race through whoops but to four wheel in low range (90% of my four wheeling is in 4 low disconnected). If I wanted a desert racer, I would have gotten a longer wheel based vehicle woth a V8...

Either the TeraFlex 9550's or the ELKA's then.

32-35 psi
Tires are getting cup front and rear.
I was thinking better shock would help that.

I can vouch for the 9550's have had them over a year in all situations and they are a great shock
