This AM I had my alignment checked.
the shop did the alignment and everything seemed OK.
On my way to work I went acrossed an expansion joint on Rt 72 in Plainville and I got the S*&t
scared out of me. I was going about 65 mph, and after going over the expansion joint my front
end violently shook. WTF!!!!!!!!!!I was able to get off highway and pulled off road. I checked lug nuts and they were tight.
Upon further exam I found fluid all over the front axle and in the wheel wells, moreso in the driver's.
I thought I had maybe blown a shock, but they were dry.
I looked at the steering stabilizer and that was wet, as was the exposed shaft. there was also fluid on the braket that attaches
the stabilizer to the tie rod. I checked the 4 bolts that hold the ubolts that hold the steering stabilizer to the tie rod.
With a short werench I was able to tighten two of the bolts.
I called the shop that did the work after I got to work and I will be there when they open tomorrow.

My feeling is that something was loose and the steering stabilizer blew a seal with the violent wobble?

I see from reading this thread to check track bar bracket and bolt.

Is there anything else I should look at myself or ask the shop to check?

Thanks.

I have the same issue and I would suggest as others have said your front track bar. I'm also changing out the lower control arms to hopefully adjust the castor.

Basically its dip-bump type stuff that causes me to have a mild wobble.

Here is my question: Could my toe in be the culprit? Even though this doesn't make sense to me, but do I need to rebalance my tires?

I'm going to verify my tire pressure again(chalk test and heat test) tomorrow and see.

Any other suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
Toe could definately be off. I adjusted my toe with the 35's and all I can say in my case is that any toe in at all does not work for me. I decided to adjust it in because I noticed a significant toe out. Wrong for me, serios wobble when hitting bumps. My toe is slightly out now, not as bad as it was, but it drives straight and no wobbles on bumps.
