Maybe remove the front Drive shaft and then drive in 2WD and try 4WD if it stil sounds bad.... you know its not the DS.

I dont think you will have any problems doing this on dry pavement sense there is no force or torque on the front axle with DS removed.

(check with others before doing this i am not responsible if anything bad happens just something i would do on my rig)

Nope down for the count for drummond!!! I was going to drive down to Nashville TN just to get out of the state for awhile but i dont trust the jeep on a long journey.... time to order a custom front DS.... going to talk to David from northridge see what kind of deal he can throw me.. Dealership is already replacing rear because the boot is split also... so that will at least give me some time to get a upgraded rear ds... I am just hoping i am up and running for the Badlands trip on the 21st...

Before you buy the DS search this forum for transfer case exploding. There is a downside to double cardan drive shafts that you need to understand, especially because you are concernced about your transfer case.

Wait, let me get this straight . . . .

So you lifted a two door auto with a 2.5" TeraFlex kit--which famously adds more than 2.5"--and tore your driveshaft boots. And you managed to convince your dealer this should be covered under warranty??

You sir must be the most effective negotiator in history. Or maybe a really hot chick. How did you do this??
