Without any lift, you can run 33" tires or the metric equivalent. This answer was actually listed in the Modified FAQ sticky here:

May I suggest that you check out the FAQ for answers to other questions you might have

I have seen a stock Jeep with the xenon fenders, no lift and 36 inch tires. Looked sick and had good clearance. Those fenders are cheap and look good. ??? reliability though but at that price point, probably disposable. I don't like the look with the stock bumpers though. Need some shortys IMO.

Totally stock with stock fenders will clear 33s and I think 35s will rub and would need some trimming for street drving. For off road and stock gear, you are screwed over 33s.

I have 35's on a stock 2dr with stock fenders and back bumper but I have a Warn front bumper, and I have stock 3.21 gears, IMO very livable but thats just me. I have a 67 chevy p/k with a 468 and a 01 dakota with a 408 for speed so I can live with a slow JK... . My JK is my part time driver. But yea, 33's stock is great I just wanted 35's stock.

I thought the rubi wheels where 8 wide but I could possibly be wrong, but IMO the 12.50 wide tires are a great match to a 8in wheel and if you go offroad alot then you want that tire to be 4.5 inches wider. I would have to say that you should be just fine but I'm not really good with the stock wheels and there backspace so maybe someone else will help out.

I think those tires would fit just fine. I have seen several here put them on as well as 35s.

I am going to get my moneys worth out of my stock 32s and then put on some 35 inch Nittos. Love those tires.

You can find pics of it on here. Type in Integra on the search on the top right on the page and you will find a tread on where I posted pics of my red JK and a black inport in the mud. I can post more if you like on my JK with 35's turning with no rubbing. My 35's on my stock hieght JK has never let me down on or offroad.
