Yeah craigslist is the way to go. I bought my thule revolver brand new in the box for $200 on craigslist this summer. Lady bought it online then decided it was too heavy. Talked her down from $320. Sold my thule spare me for $75 on their as well.

Because it is not possible to buy in Europe 2" receiver hitch accessory (not EU Approved), so I built the bike rack itself. It can be a ski carrier too.
