Would these have any effect on wheel size? (Larger rotor equals the need to move up to a larger rim?)

Correct, 17" wheels are needed.

My co-worker is running a set on his JK with stock Rubicon 17" wheels. Now he has wheelspacers also because of the 37" tires.

The rotors are being made specifically for this kit. They are not redrilled off the shelf rotors.

good to know, so those are 11.5", whats the diameter of the stockers? Any comparison braking distance comparisons?

Stockers 11.5" these are 13.3".

Post #5 indicates 11.5 for stock, 13.3 for TF...
