Yep the new one is very beaffy compared to the stock trac bar. I just ordered mine through Northridge a couple of weeks back. Its an awesome product. Here are some pics of the old and new together and the new one installed

Tried to swap to the upgraded bar on ours a few months back but its all seized up....

Need to make sure you use Anti Seize on anything like that .

It's seized to your axle and frame? Can't get it off? I'm not understanding this.

It's seized to your axle and frame? Can't get it off? I'm not understanding this.
I assumed he meant seized together where it adjust.

Ugotkern, You have Teraflex Long arm on both jeeps though dont you ?

That shouldn't keep him from takin the TB off though. Maybe since the threads seized he feels be can't trade it in, I dunno. That's why I asked what was up.

Well...happy to say that Jim from JKS sent me a new Gen 2 Trac Bar the next day and it is certainly beefier and better designed than the Gen 1 I had. I had no idea about the issues with the Gen 1 until this happened. I have a pic but cant seem to get it off my damn phone....ughhh. Technical Difficulties...

I wonder what the rockwell numbers on that bar are. Bet it was was too hardened.
