Default Budget Boost

I am so pumped! I can finally get my first lift for my baby in a month! I decided that I'll get a 2.5" budget boost from TeraFlex. I'm installing it with assistance from my dad and our friend who used to be a Chrysler mechanic-he now owns his own garage. So, is there anything that will need to be changed or altered because of this? I've read a lot of threads but I'm not sure about a 2.5" lift. Most of what I've seen is about 3" and 2" lifts. Thanks!

If your going to replace the shocks or add shock extensions I would add new bump stops and quick disconnects. If its a 2012 model you need exhaust spacers also or your front drive shaft will hit the cross over pipe.

Since you're going with TF's bb you'll have extended bumpstops included. Ran this kit for over a year and had a lot of fun with it before I stepped up to a coil lift. It is probably one of the most complete packages out there to get anyone up and lifted. Shouldn't need to worry about anything else. Congrats and enjoy!

I run this kit with the Teraflex shocks and really like it. I was going to get the coils but I'm not going to add any weight with new bumpers or anything so stuck with the spacers. Don't forget to get wheels spacers. I have 1.5" spidertrax.

You'll be allright for light to moderate wheeling. I went with the Coil Lift as that was what a lot of the 'veterans' recommended. They said a lot of people with budget boosts who wheel often upgrade to the coils. To save money I just purchased the TF 2.5" coil lift with shock extensions and will use my factory shocks. I can upgrade those rather easily if I want to change them out.

Good luck!!
