Bug deflector didn't do a damn thing for me. Windshield still dirty as ever.

I think it matters which deflector you get. I got the rugged ridge because it looked like the deflector had more of an angle to it than the others. I tend to research any jeep subject to death. I'm about to damn near get a divorce because of this jeep and my long hours behind the computer monitor! So yea all I can say is the rugged ridge deflector works for me granted not 100% but WAAAY better than without one as the pictures show.

I have the Mopar deflector. It doesn't do anything but look good. It may help keep the bottom 6" of the windshield cleaner. Who knows. All I'm saying is the windshield is still covered in bug guts after a day or two. So I wouldn't bother unless you like the look.

I'm with you pitbull. I research the crap out of anything I buy. And mine almost left me the day I bought my JK. Cheers.

like Cutman says below I researched it and the mopar looked like it doesn't have enough angle on it to deflect anything.
