No, I didn't. I know my way around a wrench and I know when something is cross-threaded. Once, ok maybe. SEVEN times - no.

Not taking it personally or anything....

So, just to follow up and chime in on the whole he cross threaded, he didn't, blah, blah... Installed on Sat. and we broke off 3 bolts before we started to trim the nylon locker nuts with an exacto blade. My friend helping me with ALL my installs is an ASE certified master tech. and he was cursing at the hardware in no time flat. Trimming worked but just added so much time to the job. That being said, WOW... really love how awesome they look and how much clearance is really gained.

Now saving for bigger tires and new wheels.

Viking do you mind me asking where you got the bushwackers and how you paid? I am having a hard time finding them up here for a good price. Shipping is ridiculous for them, but I really want em! I trimmed my fenders this weekend...but it doesnt look as good as I thought it would. Obviously I'm just not skilled enough

ya northridge 4x4 .ca he quoted me 660$ plus hst 13% free delivery. It took about 5 days to come in. Log on the canadian web site and get Stan's phone number and give him a call. Some stuff on his web site does not show up so he has allot more then what is shown. I get allot of stuff from him. He has very good prices and free delivery over 100$. Hope this helps. Don't be afraid to compare one place to annother . That works too but he usually beats them 8 out of 10 times.

I just bought and partially installed a set yesterday. I found that four wheel online had the best deal (445 and free shipping). Quadratec will match their offer too.

I partially installed them because both of the new side markers did not work. I have to wait to install the front fenders until the new lights arrive. I am going to try to work that out with bushwacker today. Hopefully and have them sent overnight. Make sure that you test the lights before the fendes are put on because youu only get nechance with the tape.

I also had to snap off three of the bushwacker bolts. I thouught it was me at first, but the second and third made me wonder?? I see that it is common now and I will bring it up to Bushwacker today as an FYI for them.

I had this same issue and it was because the wire colors did not match up. After swapping them around the marker lights worked fine.

Well, it's NOTHING like YingYang's rig... Wow, nice looking JK for sure but that being said here is my most updated shot. Installed the Flares on Sat and love them. Now I'm just saving for wheels and tires. Thinking a 34.1" tire either Goodyear or Toyo.
