Most cops never pull me over anywhere in PA. The majority seem to be fairly cool about big jeeps and big tires. I always pass a ton of them.
I drove around like this for a year before I got pulled over and ticketed a month or two ago...
They can just keep ticketing me because I ain't changing it. Although I soon plan to just register my jeep in Ohio now.
By the way, the cop that did finally pull me over and ticket me is my girlfriend's ex-husband's new cop buddy.

I was pulled once in PA after my lift/tire/wheel install. A slight overlook on the coppo's part? I had VA tags. Untouchable! LOL!!! My tires stick out a little over 4". Long. Story short, he was rather fresh in, I challenged having to comply being out of state and not a commercial vehicle. He was stumped. LOL!!!

buddy got stopped the other day in his xj for bumper height, cop said max was 18 called his 17.5.
its actuallly a limit of 24". my diesel sits at 28"; on the nose. main concern is just this one state trooper that targets jeeps and anything big and loud.
