Can sway bar links cause problems with EPS?

I put the factory sway bar links back on yesterday. We'll see what happens. I'm trying gather as much info as I can to help my dealership fix it before my warranty runs out.

Sway bar is not the problem i would agree with others that its a damaged harness at one of the wheels. A good way to check that is have the dealer hook up a scan tool and watch all four wheel speed sensors while they duplicate your concern and see if one of them is sending a bad signal .
