These are when they were brand new. Like I said.....they look like brushed aluminum now...

Those are my old AR Mojave's. I grew to hate them with a deep passion because of how nasty they got within 4 months of owning them. Apparently the previous owner had never off-roaded with polished aluminum. After the 5th or 6th trip out they started dulling down and developed gray spots that turned to pitting over the winter. I probably could have fended off the dulling if I had sealed them every time I washed the Jeep, but it wasn't worth the effort IMO.

I do like the look of some of the Fuel chrome rims, but I would never own them because of the upkeep involved.

yes. They are spline drive lugs, with one "lock lug" that only works with the socket that came with them. I liked the look of them.
