I asked my local dealer about the Superchips just the other day to get a feel for their stance and the service department quickly stated that any proof of using a tuner would void the warranty, of couse he also said even the slightest suspension modification would void the warranty also.

When you stop to think about it, what would you do if you were the dealer or manufacturer? We spend $30,000 plus for a Jeep and another 10 grand in mods and then take it offroad to see how far we can before something breaks. When it breaks, we expect the dealer/manufacturer to fix it because we have a warrantee. I have a great dealer and he will cover anything within reason, but I can understand why the manufacturer has to draw a line and say no if the Jeep is not stock at warrantee time. We are in a retail sales and service business and if a customer uses a competitors parts and doesn't follow the conditions of the warrantee, I'm not obligated to cover the repair costs. I wouldn't expect Chrysler to do any different. Just my opinion.
