Unless you plan on skidding your control arms, I would look for ones that do have a warranty like that. Not sure if you can buy just control arms from them but it is worth checking out.

If you are looking for heavy duty, full steel arms, strong, adjustable, life time warranty and amazing flex, go with Rock Krawler! 
I hit a lot of rocks with my arms, and still the same. Very strong.
