Custom ecu???
I would certainly agree in most general cases, but this thread with retuning the ECU/PCM for a significant intake/exhaust modification. I don't believe any of the standard profiles shipped with the Flashpaq are tuned for these mods.
IMO, it sounds like it will require a custome ECU profile; typically obtained by attaching the engine to an Analyzer and a programming the ECU on the fly.

A custom tune done with the vehicle on a dyno is going to get the maximum gains, but I really doubt that the little bit of performance gained over what a superchips can get you is worth the added expence and hastle of taking it in to get it retuned aafter every other mod you do. And you would loose some of the additional features like tpms and speedo calibration.
