Any one think of putting on the WWII style palm trees like a land rover or a duce n a half . you know like the trucks in the indiana jones movies.

 

We got our "X" sticker removed today at the dealer.

 

For us USAF guys, I suppose the White star on blue field with the bars found at this site http://www.history.navy.mil/faqs/faq2-1.htm would go ok on a silver Jeep.

 

that could be cool even as an all grey sticker on silver

funny you should mention that... does that transformer guy mean something other than an appreciation of transformers? I see those all over cars in SF and I always thought a band had adopted it for a logo or something...

I agree that stars are a little overdone, but I still think they look cool

 

Yeah, they're cool. I used to really like the OD military look, with the stars, too. Until I saw the zajillionth person with it.

Cars in San Francisco have transformer logos? Thanks. Now I'm not even cool enough to hang out on the sticker thread. Woe is me.

 

While I agree they look cool, they would need to be modified slightly to be acceptable, seeing as that's the symbol for the German "AfrikaKorps".

 

yea exactly, ive always liked that desert tan scheme with the windshield down n all that . I had my samurai tan for a lil bit.

 

Sorry man, I really didn't mean anything by my question -- by "all over SF" I mean I've seen enough cars with them to wonder if it meant something other than the obvious (maybe 3-4 cars max). Believe me, I'll be the first to admit it's way less played than the stars, it's just a personal preference thing. Anyway, sorry about that.
