Maybe it didn't turn out as well as he expected? But it sure was looking good at the start of the thread. I'm still waiting on the windjammer I ordered, they keep pushing back the ship date.
Sorry for the delay.
Actually, it turned out very well and seals perfectly. The only problem is that my camera broke and have not purchased a new one.
The way my mind thinks:
$300 for a camera or $300 for Jeep stuff
I did recently send my camera to Kodak to see if it can be fixed. If they can't fix it, I will buy a new one. Hold tight.... I will upload pics soon!

Good idea with the cell phone camera, but I came up with a better idea....
borrow my neighbor's camera.
So, let me present to you the long overdue...

I'm really impressed. Looks like something you'd buy in a catalog from bestop, etc. I'm still waiting on my bestop Windjammer and come to think of it I'm not sure I even know what it looks like. lol Again, yours looks great and kudos to you on a really good design, that was really well executed.
Edit: I just went and looked at the Bestop one on their page, based on the drawings in the installation instructions, you might have actually produced a superior product to theirs as yours looks to seal pretty much everywhere and there's doesn't. Once again, great job. One of my favorite parts about this forum is seeing people like you have an idea, run with it and see it through.
