Guys, did the look over in planmans right up. Did not notice anything. The track bar was torqued at 125. So I removed it to check the bushings, it looks good to me, not exactly sure what to look for, maybe a little rusty but the rubber looks good. These are the bolts I replaced the factory ones with. Just got the size off a post somewhere in here. There are still threads within the track bar. Here's a pic. Would you consider theses ovaled out?

Did forget one thing, I did notice what looked like some leakage around the Pitman arm.

The holes look fine, and that isn't much leakage.

All control arms torqued properly. Then I loosened them all, rocked the jeep side to side. Any thing else I can do since I have no one to turn the wheel back and forth?

You can use channel lock pliers to check for up and down play in the tie rod and drag link ends.

Okay, couldn't find any, guess I need to go buy some. What size is needed? I did use a pipe wrench on the passenger side and was able to get at the drag link end and there was play in the up and down movement. From what I am understanding I thought that only the track bar was the culprit of death wobble and then ends up damaging these other components. If the drag link and ball joints were bad would it cause dw?

Just did the shovel test for the ball joints. There is movement up and down. There isn't supposed to be none, correct?

Didn't you say you found my post showing how to check the ball joints? It has the tolerances in it for the ball joints.
