An off center axle would not cause this:

A "little bit" of play in your balljoints can translate into a lot of death wobble. There shouldn't be any play in them. Worn motor mounts can also cause death wobble, but track bar is usually the first suspect.

Do you guys know if when installing the synergy tre in the stock location and after drilling out, do i have to place the metal drag link adaptor, or is that just for the flip?

You don't drill it out to run in the stock location. That is only for a flip to reverse the taper of the hole.

I would still replace the ball joints. If they are going out won't they cause the track bar the act up. I was told that ball joints are the main issue with D/W.

Thanks. My local 4 wheel shops sells synergy. I have a set arriving from them on Friday. Although they don't install them there I found a shop that would for around 400. I don't think that I can handle this job by myself.

It is a 3-5 hour job, depending on your experience, and should include an alignment.
