Is this death wobble?
I just installed rough country's new 3.5 lift and when I get to 65 mph it shakes so bad I have to pull over to make it stop. It feels like it is comming from the front right corner.
I rotated the tires during the install and before I had the alignment it shaked. After the alignment it still shook so I had the tire place put the tires back in there original position.
Is this the dreaded death wobble?

yup! unfortunately.......welcome to the club. i dont know if you have steering stabilizers or not...but that would help sooo much. sorry to hear about that, but...like they say...its a jeep thing
Sounds like death wobble to me. Didn't you win the kit in the scavenger hunt?
Well i would look into your alignment. If your tires shook before and are now shaking even worse it may be a rim or bad tires. Maybe go and have an alignment, tire rotation and remount and balance tires. Check your track bar also, it could be the holes out of round in your track bar bracket or the bushings in the track bar itself. There are lots that could cause death wobble. I would start with the trackbar and see if its the holes or in the bushings. You should notice it, get someone in the jeep and turn the wheel while your watching and see if it is moving at all. If it looks good i would go to rims and tires next to see if they are ok.
More experienced can probably chime in better on whats going on. I know there is a how to on alignment in the tech section or write ups.

Yep I won the lift. The alignment was done today, dw started after the lift was installed. I retorqued everything on the front end earlier and I will see if that made any difference after I get off work in the morning.
I just hope I can figure this out soon.

When the shop did there work they may have tightened everything while it was on the lift

i don't understand why so many people get death wobble.i mean i just installed a 3.5 entry level rk kit a little over a month ago with my buddy and hve had no problems what so ever. i have always been told to make sure you shit is always tightened down when you are finished. and just last week i changed my shocks and rotated my tires with no problems either.
i'd take it back to the shop that did it and demand them to fix it. you shouldn't have to live with "death wobble" because not every one has it.
