Also, I know my dip switches are oriented correctly. It worked during my first time trying to calibrate tire size. I got the two beep confirmation. Hasnt worked since.
Well I would just get hold of AEV and give them the part number on Procal to confirm it's for 2012. Then go from there. What a hassle. As for quadratec don't have much faith in them anymore.

Yeah, x2 on calling AEV. I had a kinda sorta similar situation happen last week. Long story short, I bought a used Procal from a local guy that advertised it to be 2011-2014 compatible. Per the AEV site, the module needs to be part # AD/AE/AF to work on 2014. This one wasn't, HOWEVER, we tested it in the parking lot to see if it would work. Sure enough, honked twice and cleared my TPMS. Brought it home, measured my tires, and then got the error 4 flashes, pause, 2 flashes. Called AEV and they said it was a dead unit, nothing they could do, and they were surprised it even cleared my TPMS. Luckily, the guy I bought it from was nice enough to refund me my money. Good luck!

Don't worry I had the same thing happen to me a few months ago...same as you got my Procal from Quadratec and nothing happened..no beeps or anything....immediately called Procal directly and they had me give them the serial number on the back...they said yep we had a few of them in that run that something went wrong. I then called Quadratec and they were super...they sent me out another one right then and there and included a return label for the bad one...of course the new one worked perfectly and they got the old one back. Hopefully this will all turn out the same for you. Wow..by the time I posted you had already got the same answer..oh well at least I tried...oh by the way DSmith I see you are from Turnersville..I grew up in Blackwood ..used to live in the Birches Subdivion..small world for sure..glad you got your AEV sorted out.
