I have some 37s and beadlocks to mount up and I want to know how bead balancing has worked for you guys? Dynabeads, airsoft pellets, something else? Please chime in with your experiences. Thanks

I used dynabeads on my 33x15's. tires are wearing good with over 20 k on them. I have taken a few long hwy trips at 70-75 mph and they rode smooth. When I was searching some guys liked them others hated them. I mounted the tires myself and said if it doesn't work I am just out the beads plus a trip to the tire store for a balance. I will run then next set and my EB will get them too on day.

I am using balance beads in my 35 mtr/k's. First we spun the wheels and tires to figure out how much they were off. All 4 were about 4oz off. So we added 4.5 oz of beads. They work well for me. Others have had mixed reults.

I like them because I air down to 3.5 lbs for snow often and every once in awhile I spin the rim inside the tire a little bit. The beafs have been great because of that.

Thanks guys. Dynabeads has a chart in fire size and it says 10 oz per tire. So I bought enough airsoft pellets to do all 5. I guess I will do it and if it doesn't work, just get them balanced. The pellets cost me $15.

I'm using them in my Nittos and AEV Beadlocks and haven't had an issue with them going on 20,000 miles.

Excellent. Mine are mtz on aev beads. Did you install those tires? Any tips on getting the inner bead over the wheel?

I'm looking forward to watching you jump on the tires to get the bead over. When I was having trouble balancing my Iroks, my research led me to this rather than balancing beads. That RimTyme place on Rivers has one and charged me 10 bucks a tire. Balanced them perfectly after the first place couldn't do anything with them.

I would think the beads will work fine but you have to remove the sensors.

i run beads on my Goldwing and they work great.

No reason to pull the sensors unless you are trying to put the beads in without breaking the bead on the tire....but you would need to do that to remove the sensors as well
