I believe you can use them.

If you are not running CA's and the jeep drives fine you may be ok just installing a driveshaft. The pinion actually raises when you lift. Generally you don't want anymore then 5* between the pinion and actual driveshaft angle.

I do not have adjustable control arms and an angle finder shows the pinion at 0 degrees and the stock drive shaft at 8-9 degrees.

I took my front driveshaft up to my local driveline shop who I have dealt with for the last 20 years and they informed me that the front driveshaft is a throw away part (not rebuildable).
I was also informed that if the pinion angle and the shaft angle are in line on the new shaft that the front universal will fail due to the lack of any movement.
I was told that a 6 degree difference between the driveshaft and the pinion would be acceptable and that the 9 degrees that I have is doable with constant attention to the grease in the joint.
At this point the plan is the get adjustable upper control arms and bring my pinion angle from the 0 degrees that it is at now up to 3 degrees and that would put a 6 degree difference in the joint which would be ideal all around.

Do you have cam bolts ?

Caster decreases lifting which puts more positive angle on the pinion. Stock is 2* but you say you are at 0 ?
