I think that you are over-thinking it.

The front is a compromise between caster and pinion. Tilt the pinion up too far, and the caster will be so low that you won't ever want to drive it. Your lift mfg provided fixed length arms to bring the caster/pinion to that acceptable 'compromise' level. Get the new shaft and drive it, and then decide if you need to throw more money at it.

After getting an email back from BDS ( the lift manufacturer ) they informed me that I would indeed need to tilt my pinion up to accommodate the new driveshaft.

I would still remove a arm or contact BDS. Check to see what they measure.

If the lowers are at 23" or so. Adjustable uppers will help get the pinion up.
My lower control arms measure 23 1/8"
