Default Esp kicking in after drag link flip

I installed a yeti hd drag link flip with a griffin actuator on my 2014 unlimited sport with a 3" lift and now the ESP is going off randomly. Ususaly whe cornering at speeds of 40mph sometimes with or with out braking. I made sure the steering wheel was centered. Any ideas? The only thing I can think of is I failed to measure the length of the original drag link assembly when it was installed and the new assembly could be too long or short.

Anytime I've installed these it takes a few adjustments to get it just right.

Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot. I honestly don't really know where to begin. At what angle should the pitman arm be when centered?

Dose anyone have a picture of the pitman arm when in the straight ahead position for comparison?

I have no experience with that product in particular.

But the rk and synergy ones I've helped with were quick but required minor adjustment after install.

Take a drive on the highway hitting some long straightaways, you'll know right away if it's off one side to the other.

As for the pitman arm, its position is only relevant to the steering wheel. If you get two turns each way, it's centered. The drag link may need just a slight adjustment in or out to get you where you need to be.

I checked the steering wheel alignment 3 times it is center and there is about 1 3/4 turn each way so I feel like it is centered. Here are some pictures to see if you guys see something I don't

I don't think it is related to your drag link flip. Do you have a procal. I believe it has a steering wheel alignment feature. Did you strap your steering wheel to the seat to prevent it from moving when you disconnected the drag link?

Try adjusting your steering wheel. I had the same issue and it was due to the steering wheel being off center.

Check your wheel sensors. I promise your DL flip isnt causing that.
