Are there 2 sep hoses for the trans & tcase or do t together and come up as 1 behind the motor ? I could only find 1 hose from that local and it ended up behind the motor ?

There are 2 back there...keep lookin

Im almost certain the tranny breather for the manual extends up into the boot, so you cant really extend it.

Extend your manual transmission breather by reaching up, disconnecting it at the tranny and running a completely new line.

I used transmission line and I ran my transmission and T-Case with there own lines (PIA) and front diff.

The rear diff I ran up and coiled it the right tail light.

Unless your running a snorkel, even doing your transfer breather is a bit pointless. It sits pretty high up on engine block as it is and higher than factory airbox. If your in water that deep without a snorkel your pretty much screwed!
