To Flat Fender or Not ??
Do you wheel the jeep or are you just looking for a look?
If you have a lift and no spacers on stock wheels they will rub.
I have run 33's on a Teraflex 2.5 springs and shocks kit with a wheel with a significant offset and we wheel in the Rockies and I have never had a problem with a rub.
When I switch to the stock tires and rims for winter I use spacers and have no problems.
Flat fenders with 33's would make the tires look lost. Then you would need to get bigger tires

Would be Bushwacker Flats only!!
Tires are just a tad over 33" as you see. Top of tire to bottom of factory fender (@rivet) approx
5 3/4" or so.
