You're going to need to go up to AT LEAST a dana 35 in the front. At least. You're better off going to a 44 or even a 60 if you're wheeling hardcore. That 30 is gonna snap like a toothpick on the rocks. I wouldn't even trust the 30 on the road with tires that big.

Dana 35 or 36, what ever it takes! ? Also a d30 and d44 are the same housing and c's. Just a 44 has bigger r&p abd shafts.

Seems like a lot of wasted effort to make a turdy-five steering axle

37 km2's on 16's. Dana 30 sleeved, gussets, ball joints, tie rod and solid diff cover. Drag link going on friday. Fox ss replaced my weakass bent bilstein 5100 ss.

A pro/tera/core44 will be in works at some point. Maybe a year or two down the road. For a $1000 bucks the 30 is now a decent axle. We will see.

No matter the intent the statement works out to be a joke so you can't go wrong no matter how you take it.

I run 37s and beadlocks on a Dana 30 and I wheel pretty hard, but I built it to do so Yukon chromo shafts with solid u-joints. Evo gussets, nitro sleeve, Yukon 5.13 gears Aussie locker, all synergy steering components. I know it's not near as strong as some of the other builds, but I would trust it more than a stock 44.

As for the guy that wants a Dana 35??? Come on seriously? ......... Please tell me your kidding.
