I don't think aftermarket company's spend the money on non destructive testing.
I would call JKS. You're luckily yourself or the jeep did suffer serious damage.

JKS had bending issues I believe with gen 1
TF is another who had breaking issues with gen 1

How would you tell jks gen1 from gen2? I am just about to install jks tb that i bought already last year...

Take a picture. The bend in the gen 1 is much rounder, Gen2 is more straight.
