For the clank, look in two spots. Is the right rear spring hitting the track bar? Is the bolt on the right end of the track bar(body mounted side) hitting the bump stop. If so, just turn it around.

If it is the spring hitting the track bar how would I correct that? I dont think thats what it is but I'm gonna check. IT might very well be hitting the bump stop, but would it be hitting the stock upper or the FT aluminum extension?

By shortening up your lower control arms just a bit. If your coils are hitting the track bar, your axle is sitting too far back.

This is most likely your problem. Give your passenger side bump stop extension a look and you should see where the track bar bolt is hitting it.

ok thanks guys I'll check it out after work.

You mean the track bar bolt is hitting the aluminum extension right?

I think the axle is ok, because the springs look perfectly centered in the purches but I'll check it out.

What do you all think of the rear drive shaft angle?

ok I fixed my axle angle tonight. I think the clank was one of the welded tabs on the nut that was hitting the lower trailing arm. So I swapped that around, no clanking so far, but haven't flexed it out yet.

As for track bar clearence how does this look? My axle is angled quite a bit, it looks like the bump stop and bump stop extension aren't in exact line,

heres a pic of the bump stops/ angle. Just wondering if thats normal to be like that. the springs kind of curve, but I cant tell if thats because of the angle, or because the axle is to far foreward, the wheels look centered in the wheel well though. Can someone tell me if thats normal??

Yes, your rear coils being curved out a bit is normal. Did you happen to see any points on the track bar and coil where they might be making contact - shiney or rubbed spot? From your pics, it looks like they should but it is kind of hard to tell for sure. Also, did you look at the top of your passenger side bump stop extension? Are there any marks where the track bar bolts might be hitting it?

I checked all of those, and there were no rub marks, or paint chips. I went ahead and flipped the bolt to be safe on the track bar like you guys said. The axle to me looks like its in the right place, how much clearence should there be between the spring and the track bar... I know its hard to see in that picture. That coil is one of the fatter ones, below that coil is where it gets thinner. I need to flex the suspension out a bit to see if it still clanks. but last night when I went out of the drive way it didn't clank, so I think it was that tab on the bolt.

I actually have to adj my axle back in a little. I am rubbing the paint of one coil. I dont hear it though. It will help give me less pinion angle anyway.
