my pinion angle is straight as can be now. I hope to get to flex it out after work today to check everything out. I'm hoping I have no more issues! The wheels look centered so I guess will see! My bottom arms are adjusted to WOL specs. I had to lengthen the top quite a bit to get my pinion angle straight on my two door.

ok SO my bump stop is hitting the bump stop extension. At almost full flex.

I dont think the axel needs moved?? Can I just grind away the little bit thats contacting it??

Second issue both front tires (35's) hit the front bumper at flex and when the wheels turned. Is this normal??

I Want to get a shrockworks mid width but not sure If i will rub that too??

I would just grind a little out of the stop.

My stock bumper had rub marks on it when I took it off. I never heard it rub though. I went with the Shrockworks stubby. I dont know about the mid length one though. It may sit further away than the stock one did.

After Off Road Evolution installed my 3" FT lift, my 35s rubbed horribly on the plastic skid plate / wind jammer thingy and the bumper (the guys at ORE warned me that there might be rubbing, because of the new tire size and the front plastic bumper). I recently installed my Midwidth Shrockworks and there is PLENTY OF CLEARENCE. No rubbing at all - even at full flex.

your lowers are a little short, mine does the same thing. I'm just to lazy to change it.

I had it that way to help with the pinion angle before I had installed new driveshafts/

Just for the record, my write-up specifically states that the measurement listed were only starting points and more adjustments may be needed. Looking at your front pics, your arms are most likely adjusted out too long. I think when all was said and done, I ended up with lowers that were only 3/8" longer than stock, upper shorted up to about 1/8" longer than stock and I have since modified my write-up to indicate as much.

As far as the rears go, they look to be about right and as mentioned, I would just grind the bump stop to clear the bolt head. With the exception of TeraFlex who has an offset bump stop and the new Full Traction 4" bumpstop extensions that do the same, this is a common problem but at least it can be easily fixed.
