Good point if the goal is only tire size. (Both you and your bro's Jeeps look sweet by the way) I was thinking 2 inch for the increased break over and clearance. The tires would be purchased at least a couple months from now. I wish I would have just gone w/ 33's off the bat.

My delima is ... will the set up look lame w/ a lift and 31.5 tires.

I just put a 2.5" skyjacker lift, and I'm waiting on new wheels/tires. These are the stock 255/70/18's. I think it looks like I need bigger tires.

Here is a thread showing mine with a 3" lift and the stock 32" tires.

If you don't plan on off-roading every weekend, then either shock will be fine.
