Not a Rubicon but my JK does have the trailer towing package with 3.73 gears and limited slip diff. I plan on keeping the D44.

Good place to start:

Home

I bought a 5.3LC9 and 6l80e with 840 miles on it for $4000
depending on which kit you want and accessories from Motec add that into the cost.
Then misc costs $0-2k+++ and you will come up with a DIY cost.

Your in NH so its a diy, LONG trip, or find a local installer labor will start depending on Labor costs in your area $5k and up.

Going to be around $18K for what I want. That includes NV sales tax.

Talked to Robbie at MoTech. My questions were answered and the tentative plan is to drive it down there in April. I'm getting excited about getting this done.

I'm excited for ya, bro.

Wished I had the funds to do it myself otherwise I'd meet ya down there! Definitely keep us posted on your progress.

You going to check out Nellis AFB while you're there? That gym is pretty damn nice!

Truthfully I forgot to ask that question but I'm assuming 2-4 weeks. I'm going to give them a deposit a couple of weeks before I take it down there so he can source any parts needed before it arrives.

Watching the YouTube videos of his shop is amazing. They've got this conversion down pat and can literally have one done in 2-3 days. What takes all the time is all the other work they're doing.
