Default Got the green light!

Hey Guys,

Finally got the green light to start building my jeep. I have decided on this build plan bellow and just wanted to get your input
on it.

Its My DD for now. 90% on road. I do not rock climb. Just some trails to get my favorite fishing hole.

The Jeep: 2008 Unlimited X 4door. All stock beside MBRP bumper bars with 8inch daystar foglights.

Wheels: 5 Crager street lock 16*10 is already on order.

Tires: 5 Falken Rock mountain ATS 325/80/16

Lift: Full-Traction 3.0″ Premium Plus SRS with Bilstein 5100 shocks.

LoD Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier

Gears: 4:88 I guess its best for me because I do alot of highway.

Any other recommendation and advice will help.

Thanks

Not familiar with the Full Traction quality but it looks pretty complete, i would recommend getting longer stainless brakelines instead of using relocation brackets, you may also want lower control arms for better adjustability and highway driving. So looking at full suspension price ( no brakelines) from FT website approx $1995, not sure if shocks are included or ride quality of their included shocks, is shipping included?

you might take a look at Clayton Offroad 3.5" Premium includes all control arms and longer SS brakelines, add Bilstein shocks and optional rear adj track bar total $2434 includes free shipping. I run this on my 2010 and the ride is so much better than stock, i was rolling on the freeway during a recent trip, 90mph no issues at all. Bilsteins ride great. Keep your stock steering stabilizer until it's worn out, i have no prob with my stock unit.

compare the warranty - Clayton is made to take abuse, if you break it they will replace it Warranty: All of our suspensions come with the abuse-proof Limited Lifetime Warranty against bending or breaking of our control arms.

FTraction - What is not covered
lots of items before this very important line..... Products or components which have been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration, modification, improper installation, tampering, negligence, misuse, or products installed on a vehicle used in sanctioned racing events.

you'll be happy with the Falkens - i've always run BFG's and went with Falkens this round, am very happy with this tire on and off-road.

Good luck and let the games begin!!

He does not need to waste money on longer lines. The drop brackets work perfect for a 3" kit and 27" long shocks.you might take a look at Clayton Offroad 3.5" Premium includes all control arms and longer SS brakelines, add Bilstein shocks and optional rear adj track bar total $2434 includes free shipping. Keep your stock steering stabilizer until it's worn out, i have no prob with my stock unit. The premium plus is the mid entry kit, its not the Ultimate kit that retails for $1895.95 (minus $200 off right now at Northridge4x4)which includes all 8 arms

READ THIS LINE.... IF IT BREAKS WITH NORMAL USE, OFFROAD USE, HARDCORE WHEELING IT WILL BE REPLACED..... We will not replace a part if your running in a sactioned race event, If you decide to modify by bending or grinding on parts, Why would we be responsible for that?. You will not break or bend these arms...
We have raced Jeepspeed with our Cherokee, Our kits have won multiple Baja races. Our kits have been ran for years in Werock Jeep TJ line.. (rockcrawling competition) Without any issues. Why is this important? We use the same Joints and control arms on our productions kits...

If you have any questions on our line please call and talk with me...

Call Northridge4x4 for Free shipping and the $200 off!

Perfect kit for your needs, You do not need the kit with the lower control arms. It will jeep be wasted money you can spend on other modifications.

no need to get shorts in a wad, with the amount of $$$ we spend on our rigs I was merely pointing out what was on the website and providing an alternative based on my experience with what I own.
As I said, i'm not familiar with FT quality - didn't bash you guys just merely pointing out what is written and providing food for thought on any additional costs that may need to be added...
I've learned enough lessons with what is written to what is said when trying to go back and recover/ make a claim on what was said....
