Default Help!!

I installed a new heavy duty tie rod on my own and now my steering wheel is off center and the esp keeps kicking in. Also the steering no longer returns to center on its own. What did I do wrong? Please help! This is my daily driver!

Definitely recenter your steering wheel, but before that check your toe-in. Did the same exact thing. I thought I was perfect on setting the new tie rod to the old, but I was off quite a bit when I checked my toe-in. Reset both and it was great.

Yes I measured it as close as I could to stock before bolting it on. I don't understand howit could be so far off. Also I never touched anything on the drag link.
