Dudes,
I'm stuck. cant decide between the LOD signature series stubby, or the ARB deluxe...
MBTAF's jeep makes the ARB look fantastic, but WOL's LOD stubby is pretty damn sweet too.
Can you mount the LOD stubby closer to the jeep? it sticks out too far....

Thoughts?

I've seen both JEEPs firsthand and they both look great as does the new LOD mid(which I haven't seen in person yet)
Both JEEPs are bad ass which makes the bumpers look better IMHO
i also had the same problem
so try this it might help

Hey thanks! I like the stubby as much as the arb full bumper. I don't care for the mid width personally. I think the arb is the most "finished" looking bumper out there (classy and functional) but I also think that a stubby is the most "Jeepish". It's function forward with the stubby...no glitz. Check out that rugged ridge modular bumper. You can have a stubby and and full with just a couple of wrench strokes.
I went with the LOD SS stubby because I thought it suited the JK the best. It does extend 3+ inches beyond the frame rails but it in no way looks wrong.
This space enables the stubby to retain the factory fogs. I built covers to fill in the side gaps between the skid plate and bumper. Here are a couple of pics. I also went with the LOD SS rear w/tire carrier, the 3rd brake light was my mod!
