Default Let the Flares decide...

I went with the ARB, which I really like. But, after doing so, I realized that I am kind of stuck with the stock JK fender flares now. The ARB is really designed to flow with the stock fender flares and to change them out would not look good IMO. I had considered the Zenon flares at one point and now that doesn't really look like an option with this bumper. I would say that if you ever want the option of changing the fender flares, go LOD. The LOD looks good either way and gives the Jeep a more hard core off road look. If you never plan on running different flares and want more of an expedition type Jeep, the ARB does fit the lines of the JK really well.

This space enables the stubby to retain the factory fogs. I built covers to fill in the side gaps between the skid plate and bumper. Here are a couple of pics. I also went with the LOD SS rear w/tire carrier, the 3rd brake light was my mod!

That looks really good!

I haven't been paying too much attention to LoD stuff, but those new bumpers look awesome!

That 3rd brake light is Kewl!

I like the Lod more than the ARB.....I kind of wish I have waited and purchased a stubby...my Warn bumper is heavy and the finish is crap...the bumper started to rust only 2 months after I installed it....I will say it is tough though....I will be bedlining it shortly...I really like the LED 3rd brake light on the rear Lod bumper.......go with Lod!!!

ARB, winch mounts lower, very easy to install, looks classy all the way.

Yeah, I got one. Have actually had people sneak up to the jeep and take pictures of the front end, especially of the winch and license plate setup, more than once. Makes you feel like the choice was right on.
