That has to go up into the hole above where you took the stock spacer out. I'm not a weak man at all, but some have claimed they pushed it in. There was no way. I took a smaller jack and place it on top of the axle and jacked it up until it was on the new Teraflex spacer and "pop" she went right in. Then put a little grease inside the ring of the stock spacer (helps slide it over the shaft of the Teraflex) and your ready to put the spring back in. Going to take mine off this weekend so if you need a few pics just let me know, or grab a 12 pack of some good times and slide by and I'll help ya put it on
I was able to push it in by hand. I applied a little bit of oil on it and it pushed right on, with some umph.

I tried grease, soap, KY, Astro glide-everything. I couldn't get that b$&ch in! Finally got a small bottle jack and popped it in!!! Maybe I ought to hit the gym instead of just doing the 12 ounce curls everyday!

Got it installed yesterday. Took my 3 1/2 hours by myself, but totally worth it. The hardest part was loosening the darn bolts with hand tools and getting the rear spacers seated. Hard to tell a difference in the pics, but in person there is definitely a difference!
