No it was I guess been replaced by BOR but I also had to go for a bigger radiator just to get the temp down and to give the damn fan a break. I can't cruise or drive without it being too loud and disturbing. Should've stayed stock

I have a larger Griffin radiator and factory fan with my Hemi. I have the BOR kit as well, my fan is on as soon as I turn the jeep on and it runs constantly, but my temps never get much above the middle on the factory temp gauge. I'm not sure what that equates to in degrees, but its never overheated while wheeling. I wonder if your radiator is too small for your motor and cannot displace the heat fast enough.

Mine doesn't cross the middle of the temp gauge while regular driving but when driving in the desert it crosses and gets close to the 3/4 mark and maybe slightly extra. With all the replies I'm getting I guess I have to check the radiator or modify it and maybe fabricate some more vents on the hood I got .
