Hemi prices
Which part? I've been picking everyone's brain I can that has been doing the swaps. Also the places that are supplying the parts needed for the swap.
If $3500. they have gone up. Thats where I got mine.
I just looked they dont have them listed anymore. They said they had a limited number of them when I was looking. I jumped on it.

The fun part was explaining to my wife what was in the big crate. I went the beg for forgiveness route

It would be nice to just drop it off and say take care of it. Money is tight and I like working on my own stuff so I'm going for it.
I'M going to be doing my own Hemi swap soon got a junk yard motor with 8000 miles for $2000.00 just waiting for all the parts to be available. Here is the write up I'm following. http://www.4wheelerssupply.com/jkbuildup/

$18000??? Gosh damn!! Yea, peace of mind but I can do pretty good work myself, its a poor boys route. I guess if you got the money, go for it, but remember the lube...LOL, j/k. Warrenty is great though but junkyards carry that also.
Ronson
$2000 with 8000miles, thats not bad, thats what I'm doing. You should make a complete swap, if you do the work yourslef, in less than $8000 easy. Did your engine have the wiring?
