Is that with accessories and everything? Sounds good. I've seen that site. They're Hemi swap stuff seems expensive, or is it just me?

The crate motors you have to add the accessories (which are not that $ from a newer model vehicle at the junk yards)
You can get a good junk yard motor with all the accessories attached but you still have to buy a harness and computer even if it comes with all that attached.
You can check online junk yards like car-parts.com

That's what I hope to do. I know a guy that can probably get one pretty cheap. He's a licenced vehicle rebuilder and buys stuff at auctions all the time.

Now somebody just needs to get rear-ended hard and total their Hemi!!!

I'm kidding....

Park Jeep has the 5.7 and 6.1 factory motors up on their Ebay web site again if anyone is so inclined. They dont show the price on the 6.1 but the 5.7 is less than $3,000. They say call about the 6.1

Yea last trip to the dunes I was embarrassed as hell with the performance of the stock motor. Stock is fine as long as you stay away from any long inclines. The 3.8 is gutless.
Just waiting for AEV to release their conversion kit

Used 545RFE trannys are common and low priced. Again the stocker is too weak anyway.
