Herculiner???
I did my tub with the Herculiner about a month ago. It's all in the prep, used 20 grit to ruff it up a bit then roll it on. I used one gallon for two coats. The coats were pretty thick in high traffic areas. I let it dry about four hours between coats then dry over night before driving it. I did not remove the center consul but everything else came out.
I have been really please with it so far. No odor that I have noticed but then again I have not had the top or doors on since I did it. No problems cleaning the tub out, just wash it like outside and pull your plugs.
Over all pretty happy with it.

Herculiner is not uv stable and tends to turn chalky after a few years. I have done a lot of research on this recently as I am about to paid the tub of my two door. I choose Monstaliner and ordered my kit earlier this week. It's almost the same price as Herculiner. Monstaliner is running a free shipping and free chassis saver quart with all online purchases. You just need to find magnetman (user name) on one of the other forums. He has a link to the codes you need to enter at check out.

I mostly read on the forum, but am compelled to comment (ha!). Last September I took a gallon of herc and covered the tub. In Houston in September it is brutally hot but the humidity is a plus for cure time. The more humidity the faster the cure. Took everything out, removed the sound/heat barrier and went to town. It's all in the prep, seriously. The gallon kit comes with a small brush and small roller. You can spray it, but I don't have a compressor. No odor after it cured and I wash it out just like the outside. I don't care about fading, as my JK is silver. Besides I'd just armorall it if I was that concerned. I posted some pics on a thread, you'll just have to search it. Just follow the instructions to a 'T' and it will come out nice. Best part is, if a patch comes up that wasn't prepped good or worn off, you can sand again and reapply. Even if later you realize you want thicker, it bonds to itself. It is a rougher compound when it cures, but pretty tough. Also I suggest running a carpet mat or rubber one just to cut down on the heat a little. But of coarse it hot as hell where I'm at! Hit me up if you have questions.
Oh yea, taking my time and getting small tools I didn't have, it took me a full day and a half. But it's right.
My .02 cents...
