That step is a separate accessory that Bestop came out with. I forgot where the video was I saw it, but it is spring loaded and tucks up back under the bumper when you "tap" it up.

I talked to a couple of reps and they told me the bumper/tire carrier wouldn't begin to ship until mid-Sept.

I got a reply back from Bestop and said it would be available to their distributors at the end of October at the latest and they would fill orders from there.

I have had mine on order since May. Was suppose to ship by July, then August, Called Bestop and now mid to late October.
Sure hope it comes then really tired of not having a my spare.

As others have stated, I would really like to know the towing capability of this bumper, and how it ties into the cross-member. I have heard of some High-Rock bumpers where the 2" receiver was welded in crooked.

Just got an email from Best Top stating this bumper will keep the same towing capacity as stock.

I am a new JK owner and just picked up an '07 Unlimited.
I found a place called Race Mart that was able to give me a pretty good deal on the price but just today they said it might not be available until the end of the year.
