I've got mine in a cheap holster that I got screwed to my dash side center area. Works great.

I can't drive to well with it in my side band.

Center console mount..... the gun is a springfield xd40 and I bought a cheap holster with extra mag holder off ebay and zip tied it through the console with half inch zip ties, it's not going anywhere

i was planning on drilling a blackhawk serpa holster onto the visor so that drivers passing on the left and right of me won't see a firearm exposed.

No, I have a single gun lockbox cabled under the seat, that way I can move it to another vehicle if need be. Got it from cabelas.
