How Big Can My Tires Be?
If you have the stock 32 inch rubicon tires it will look fine. If you have the street tires I would save your money and upgrade all at once.
I would skip the leveling kit if in the future should you throw on new rubbers .

It's all what you like, but if you aren't skilled/patient a homemade fender chop can look very...shitty. The teraflex kit is cheap, gives you lift and will maintain a professionally installed look to your Jeep. Even with stock tires/rims it's not so much that it looks terribly different.
