Default How to fix your mirror ding.

warrior products: hood cowling cover (part # 923pc)

I order just the side pieces for 45.00, Im not sure about the look after holding them up on my jeep. Im considering painting them red so they dont stand out. I hate to take it to a body shop and fix it, in fear of doing it all over again one day. These will cover the ding and protect it from it happening again.

Probably 1/8, they feel pretty good. Once you commit its on there, you have to drill holes and rivet it on.

Screw that. I'd rather have a small ding than drill stupid holes in my Jeep. That's the dumbest shit I've ever heard. What the hell have you been smokin?

Agreed. Now seeing as I still think they look good, they are not load bearing or in an area to be scraped really hard.........I am wondering if some 3m automotive double sided tape would hold them on??

I wouldn't put anything like that on. That's a sure fire way to invite rust prematurely. Shit gets in between those panels and the Jeep and holds moisture and before you know it, you have a rusted out Jeep.

Scratches from trees, mirror dings, whatever you have on your Jeep, they are your stories to tell and badges of honor/stupidity.

Wear them with pride and share your stories.....

my 2 cents
