As far as the best looking one.. thats in the eye of the beholder
rugged ridge is suppose to be coming out with a new snorkel which from the looks is a very efficient design, i would honestly wait a little for some more news on it.

They also will have a lower intake that mounts right off the same place on the cowl! It is a prefilter spin design... It sounds like both will come with the kit for about 400 dollars. Release will be sept. or october...

I have the "Mopar" one since I got a good deal on it at my local dealer. It is made by AEV and even has AEV's markings right on it. I like mine so far it looks fine and works as it's supposed to.

As far as the gain from the snorkel a small part of the gains are from the cold air, this is mostly during rock crawling or other low air movement times like traffic. The majority of the gains are going to be at speed when you get the "push" of air from the ram air scoop. In fact at lower speeds you may actually see a decrease in power compared to a "CAI" do to the tubing needed for the snorkel; but that is mitigated more or less since you don't have the heat soaked air the "CAI" does. All I can say is don't buy it to make power, buy it for the intended purpose.

Yea, they have a couple of different add ons for it. One is a low profile pre-filter thingy that I am pretty sure is compatible with most pillar lights. One really nice thing about this one is its compatibility with a lot of the roof racks out there. It is also inside the frame which should help protect it from those pesky trees, rocks, and whatnot that come up pretty close.
